I thought the Q & A at the luncheon was even more interesting than the lecture.  I also thought it was especially interesting when Ms. Noonan indicated President Reagan was more interested in doing what was right than in doing what was popular.  I think exactly the same thing could be said about President Obama in regard to health care.

I enjoyed the Peggy Noonan lecture and luncheon and I'm looking forward to the speakers that are planned for the remainder of the season.  Congratulations to those who planned these programs.

Last week was my first experience with the Omaha Town Hall Lecture Series. Peggy Noonan was fabulous. She was interesting and a great storyteller. Thank you for all the effort to bring such a captivating speaker to Omaha.
